    At The Pin Pup, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help! Please read our refund and return policy below.

    Returns & Refunds Eligibility

    We accept returns and refunds in the following cases:

    ✅ Damaged or Defective Items – If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

    ✅ Incorrect Item Sent – If you receive the wrong item, let us know within 14 days, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

    ✅ Non-Delivery – If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days for UK orders or 45 days for international orders, please contact us for assistance.

    Items Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds

    ❌ Change of Mind – Due to hygiene and custom-made nature, we do not accept returns if you change your mind.

    ❌ Wear & Tear – We do not cover refunds for general wear and tear over time.

    ❌ Lost Items Due to Incorrect Address – Please ensure your shipping details are correct, as we cannot refund lost items due to incorrect information.

    How to Request a Refund or Return

    1️⃣ Contact Us – Email us at info@thepinpup.com or use our Contact Form within the eligible time frame.

    2️⃣ Provide Proof – Include a clear photo of the item and your order details.

    3️⃣ Processing Time – Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. If a return is required, we will provide return instructions.

    Exchanges

    If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we may offer an exchange for the same product, subject to availability.
